Coinbase

Coinbase requires users to sign in via OAuth, with your credentials in Coinbases own sign-in.

Coinbase Pro

Connecting your Coinbase Pro account to Hatchfi is fast and easy. Here’s how you generate API credentials for use in Hatchfi:

How to generate API credentials in Coinbase Pro

  1. Login to Coinbase Pro and head to the API Page
  2. Choose New API Key
  3. Under Permissions, select View
    1. Hatchfi only requires read-only permissions
  4. Enter the Passphrase into Hatchfi Link
  5. Leave the IP whitelist empty
  6. Choose Create API Key
  7. Complete the required security verification
  8. Choose Add API Key
  9. Enter the API Key and Secret Key into Hatchfi Link
  10. Select Done

KuCoin

Connecting your KuCoin account to Hatchfi is fast and easy. Here’s how you generate API credentials for use in Hatchfi:

How to generate API credentials in KuCoin

  1. Sign in to KuCoin.com and navigate to the API Management page
  2. If required, configure a trading password and 2FA
  3. Once on the API management page, choose the Create API button
  4. On KuCoin, enter an API name and API passphrase of your choice
  5. Enter the Passphrase into Hatchfi Link
  6. Ensure the Trade and Withdraw permissions are disabled for this API key
    1. Hatchfi only requires read-only permissions.
  7. Choose No for IP restrictions and click Next
  8. Enter your Trading Password, Email Verification Code, and 2FA code
  9. Select Activate API in the confirmation email you receive
  10. Enter the API Key and Secret Key into Hatchfi Link

Kraken

Connecting your Kraken account to Hatchfi is fast and easy. Here’s how you generate API credentials for use in Hatchfi:

How to generate API credentials in Kraken

  1. Sign in to Kraken.com, and in the menu, select Security and then API
  2. Click the Add key button
  3. Select the required read-only permissions:
    1. Query Funds
    2. Query Closed Orders and Trades
    3. Query Ledger Entries
  4. Click Generate Key
  5. Enter the API Key and Secret Key into Hatchfi Link
